Investing in Our Future
We Believe in Nurturing a Legacy of Excellence Through Strategic Investments in Our Endowment

At St. Michael's Prep, we believe in nurturing a legacy of excellence through strategic investments in our endowment. These contributions serve as the cornerstone of our commitment to providing exceptional education for our students and faculty.

Endowment gifts provide permanent support essential to meet rising costs and unexpected expenses. A useful tool for attracting top faculty and leadership, endowment funds differ from philanthropic gifts in that the total amount of the donation is invested. Each year, only a portion of the income earned is spent while the remainder is added to the principal for growth and an everlasting legacy.

Families may establish a named endowment or make a gift to the general endowment fund.

All endowment gifts make a transformational difference for our students.
The impact of an Endowment gift is profound, offering steady income that supports our school's operations and programs on a yearly basis. By investing in our endowment, you play a vital role in ensuring the long-term sustainability and growth of St. Michael's Catholic Preparatory School.
    • StMichael-crest-2C

Your leadership-level investment strengthens our innovative educational programs, empowering students to pursue their passions and become leaders of purpose and excellence. While naming an award or fund requires a gift of $50,000, donations of any size make a meaningful impact on the future of our school.

Adding Your Legacy to Ours

The excellence of a St. Michael's Prep experience is made possible by the generosity of our community members, including parents, grandparents, alumni, past parents, and friends. Your gift to the school's endowment directly benefits every student, providing them with the foundation and inspiration to make a positive impact in our world.

Whether unrestricted or designated for specific purposes such as scholarships or endowed faculty chairs,  your contribution ensures that our educational mission continues for generations to come.

The Founders Endowed Award

Inspirational, Dedicated, Innovative, Collaborator, Thought Leader, Selfless Servant, Mentor. These qualities and more describe the founding faculty and staff who continue to share their gifts with the St. Michael’s Prep community. In honor of these special employees, this Fund was established to honor their commitment and dedication to the mission of the school by honoring two deserving 8th grade students with a Founders Award as they transition into their Upper School experience. Award recipients are one who began his or her journey in our PreK program, and who has exemplified the school’s mission and values throughout their St. Michael’s Prep journey. Additionally, he or she will have demonstrated a desire for academic achievement and joyful servant leadership. The second recipient of this award is one whose tenure at St. Michael’s Prep is a model for others to follow. They will have advanced the mission and vision of our school through their academic growth and success, meaningful service to others, and an embodiment of the Cardinal Virtues of prudence, temperance, justice and fortitude; the values recited through the School Oath weekly.
