Dr. Daniela Radpay

Upper School Spanish Teacher
Daniela Radpay received her Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin, specializing in Cognitive Literary Studies and Medieval Spanish Literature. She currently teaches Spanish language, literature, and culture at St. Michael’s Catholic Preparatory School in Austin, Texas, and Spanish language at Texas State University. In 2021, she was honored as St. Michael’s Prep's Distinguished Teacher of the Year. Daniela earned an M.A. from New York University in Madrid, focusing on Iberian and Latin American Literatures and Cultures. At Texas State University, she completed a triple degree: a B.A. in Spanish, B.S. in Psychology, and B.A. in Anthropology, with an Honors Minor. Daniela enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her mini Australian Shepherd, Santiago.
