Dr. Ian Wilson
Upper School History Instructor
Ian Wilson has a passion for all things history, especially the history of religion and science. Prior to joining St. Michael's Prep, he taught for five years at the University of New Hampshire while completing graduate work. During that time, he was the research assistant for a book on Abraham Lincoln and John Wilkes Booth, and also published a handful of articles and book reviews. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Mary Washington in Virginia, his Master of Arts in History from Arizona State University, and his Doctorate in history from the University of New Hampshire. When he isn't working or reading, he, his wife, and their two awesome children enjoy the water, cooking, and taking it easy.
