Amy Kice

Associate DIrector of College and Academic Counseling
Amy Kice recently served as the Director of Admissions at New York University Abu Dhabi, guiding her department of local team members as well as members from NYC and London campuses. During her tenure at NYUAD, she managed the admissions process and launched initiatives to strengthen marketing and financial aid within the enrollment management division. Before joining NYUAD, Amy was the Dean of International Admissions at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, with previous admissions experience at Southern Methodist University and the University of Oklahoma; where she earned an MA in Human Relations and a BA in Spanish. She has led university representative tours to secondary schools in Latin America, Europe, and Africa. She has been a speaker and contributor at NACAC, International ACAC, CollegeBoard Forum, Education USA, and the Council of International Schools.

This past year, she moved to the “other side of the desk” and joined the college counseling team at The American School of Madrid. While at ASM, she was responsible for academic advising, implementing a college curriculum, and guiding students through the application/admission process to various universities across the globe. She is looking forward to bringing her past experiences to the St. Michael’s Prep community.
