Nieves Alfaro

Nieves Alfaro works for Quiddity Engineering, a Civil Engineering firm providing roadway, drainage and water utility engineering for
federal, state and city governments and private development in Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995 with a Civil Engineering degree and is licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Nieves has worked in Central Texas for over 30 years managing large public infrastructure projects in Austin and San Antonio. He also led our Public Market in helping communities improve their public infrastructure with the increase of people moving to this area. He is a member of the American Water Work Association and American Society of Civil Engineering. Him and his wife of over 20 years, Dr. Ana Eduardo, have two children: Nicholas and Olivia who attend St. Michael’s Prep and are active members of Emmaus Catholic Parish.
