Claire Young
Kindergarten Assistant Teacher
Claire Young joined the Lower School in 2023. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Tech University. Claire has worked as a substitute teacher and a preschool teacher. While raising her children in the DC Metro area and more recently in Austin, Claire has enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom and volunteering at her children's schools. Claire and her husband Michael have three children, two of whom are alums. In her free time, Claire enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and watching her kids play sports. She enjoys volunteering with local animal and wildlife rescue organizations.
