Shannon Hudson

Director of College Counseling
Shannon Hudson is on her second stint at St. Michael’s Prep, most recently returning in 2014.  She has over 22 years of experience in education, and received her Bachelor's degree from Emory University in Psychology, a Master’s from Arizona State in Higher and Adult Education, and a Master’s in School Counseling from UMass Boston. In addition, she has a teaching certificate in Elementary Education. Before her arrival at St. Michael’s Prep, Shannon served as the Scholarship and Fellowship Administrator at St. Edward’s University and the College Advisor at Bowie High School. She loves working with high school students to make the big transition to college just a little bit smoother. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, running, pickleball, and really just anything outdoors.
