Sandra Guerra

5th-8th Grade Teacher
Sandra Guerra joined the Middle School in 2024. She earned her bachelor's degree in Spanish with a minor in education throught the UTeach Program at the University of Texas at Austin. She also studied at Universidad the Cantabria in Santander, Spain. While studying and living abroad in Spain, she gained a wealth of knowledge through immersion into the culture of Spain. Sandra enters her 6th year teaching middle school Spanish with the Austin Diocese, having also taught ESL and bilingual classes at Austin ISD. She strives to foster her students' foreign language proficiency and appreciation for its cultural context and origins. Outside of the classroom, she cherishes family time, supporting her daughter's many endeavors and creating lasting memories with her loved ones at Disney World.
